The Kardashev Scale measures a civilization's advancement by the size of it's primary energy source: Planetary, Stellar, and Galactic.

Race your neighboring planets up the Kardashev Scale, and take control of the galaxy by achieving technological and cultural advancements that harness the energy of your people and your planet. Choose secret actions at the summit each round, earning resources and bonuses for outmaneuvering your opponents.
